Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to questions regarding our admissions, curriculum, and global certification.

Can I apply without a medical background?

Yes. The curriculum covers foundational concepts from the ground up. Pre-admission evaluation values career planning and resource integration. Note that WST-I is a non-medical sleep wellness framework; we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

How long is the training cycle? Can I study while working?

Approximately 1 year. The course includes 90 online hours (replays available) and 90 offline practice hours (including a 5-10 day intensive required camp; the rest scheduled on weekends/holidays). It is designed to be compatible with full-time employment.

How do I renew the certificate after 3 years?

Apply for renewal within 3 months prior to expiration. You need to complete 30 Continuing Education (CE) credits annually and submit 1 service case report. Your certificate will be renewed upon verification.

Can I take a trial class before applying?

Yes. We host 1-2 free online open classes monthly to introduce the WST-I system and the Sleepist certification. Candidates are highly encouraged to attend a trial class before formally applying.

Can I request leave during the required offline practice?

Generally no. In exceptional circumstances, candidates may apply to defer the practicum to the next cohort's event (limit: 1 time). All required practices must be completed to qualify for certification.

What are the admission and certification pass rates?

Pre-admission selectiveness is kept around 20%-40%, assessing career plans, values, and business mindset. Once admitted, our comprehensive training and mentorship yield a certification pass rate of over 90%.

What makes Sleepist different from other sleep credentials?

Sleepist is a flagship partner-building program, not a basic skill workshop. It integrates credentials, knowledge, and resource matchmaking. The relationship is built on a "platform and business partner" model for long-term growth.

How do I upgrade to a Senior Sleepist?

Candidates must hold the Sleepist credential for at least 2 years, accumulate 200+ service hours, submit 3 detailed case reports, and pass a comprehensive review panel interview (passing rate: ~50%-70%).
